5. Purchases, Subscriptions, and Billing

If paid features are offered:

  • prices and features are shown at the point of purchase;

  • payments may be processed by third-party platforms (such as Apple App Store or Google Play);

  • renewals, cancellation, and refunds are handled according to the applicable platform’s billing rules unless otherwise stated by us.

6. Intellectual Property

The Services, including software, design, trademarks, logos, and related content (excluding user-provided content), are owned by Studio G0 or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for personal or internal business use.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of content you create or submit through the Services (for example, tasks, lists, notes, and preferences).

You grant Studio G0 a limited license to host, process, transmit, and display your content solely for operating, maintaining, and improving the Services.

You represent that you have all rights necessary for content you submit.

11. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Studio G0 and its affiliates, officers, employees, and licensors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.

Our total liability for all claims related to the Services is limited to the amount you paid to us for the Services in the 12 months before the event giving rise to liability, or USD $50 if you paid nothing.

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Studio G0 and its affiliates, officers, employees, and licensors from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date. If changes are material, we will provide additional notice where required by law. Continued use after the effective date of updated Terms means you accept the updated Terms.

15. Governing Law and Venue
